I am not a medical doctor or psychiatrist. My services are designed to complement — not replace — the care of licensed healthcare professionals.
The support you receive here focuses on:
This work is non-invasive, trauma-aware, and holistic, honouring the wholeness of your mind, body, and spirit.
If you are currently under the care of a GP, psychiatrist, or specialist — please continue with that support. Any changes to medications or treatment plans should always be guided by your healthcare provider.
If, during our work together, it becomes clear that your mental health or medical needs are beyond my scope as a counsellor and coach, I will gently support you through a referral process — helping you connect with the right professionals who can walk alongside you with the care you deserve.
Nothing shared in sessions is intended to diagnose, provide a medical assessment or treat, or cure medical conditions. Instead, this is a space to nourish your inner landscape, restore safety, and honour your healing at the pace and depth that’s right for you.
