I’m Kate — counsellor, nervous system specialist, and intuitive guide based in South Australia — and I’m so glad you’ve landed here.
Life can bring seasons that leave us weary, overwhelmed, and quietly wondering if there’s another way. I’ve walked through chronic fatigue, burnout, and the slow unraveling of a life that no longer fit — and what I know now is this:
