I’m Kate, a seasoned counsellor, yoga teacher, and somatic educator dedicated to helping women break free from chronic stress patterns and restore their connection to their bodies. When we live in survival mode—stuck in fight, flight, or shutdown—our nervous system holds the imprint of stress and trauma, often manifesting as pelvic tension, pain, prolapse, incontinence, painful intimacy, and hormonal imbalances.
Our pelvic region is deeply connected to the nervous system, responding to stress, overwhelm, and unresolved trauma by gripping, holding, or becoming disconnected. Through nervous system regulation, movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness, we can shift from patterns of protection to rhythms of restoration—bringing safety, resilience, and ease back to the body.
My Credentials & Approach:
Through my own journey of overcoming chronic fatigue and burnout, I discovered the profound impact of nervous system dysregulation on pelvic health. The gripping, the tension, the disconnect—so many women silently carry these struggles, believing it’s just something they have to live with. But healing is possible.
This understanding led me to create Restore Your Rhythm—an eight-week embodied program designed to help women regulate their nervous system, release pelvic tension, and reclaim their connection to their bodies.

Lisa Fitzpatrick has been a registered physiotherapist since 1993. Her work is grounded in safety, compassion, and deep respect for the wisdom of each woman’s body. With a focus on pelvic health, Lisa brings a nurturing, evidence-based, and holistic approach that gently supports women in reconnecting with their inner strength and vitality.
For over three decades, Lisa’s personal and professional journey has been anchored in the principles of yoga, mindfulness, and women’s empowerment. She has explored a range of movement and meditation practices, always returning to the question: how do we create safe pathways back into the body, especially for women?
Lisa has taught and spoken internationally on women's physiology and yoga anatomy, developing accessible, trauma-aware curriculum for yoga teacher trainings—particularly in prenatal and postnatal care. Through her business, Sacred Women’s Business, she’s guided hundreds of women to find their authentic voice and embodied confidence in both life and leadership.
In 2020, she created the Womankind Pelvic Floor and Hormone Balancing 30-hour Yoga Teacher Training—a Yoga Alliance–recognised program that honours the unique rhythm and intelligence of the female pelvis.
Lisa’s presence invites a felt sense of safety and possibility. Her work reminds us that when we listen to the body with kindness, we open up new pathways for healing, integration, and empowered living.
