As your presenter, I combine my expertise with my own lived experience of overcoming chronic fatigue and burnout. This journey inspired me to create Restore Your Rhythm, an 8-week embodied journey designed for helpers, healers, and humans seeking restoration, resilience, and deeper connection with their nervous systems.
I'm a seasoned counsellor, yoga teacher, and nervous system educator, and I've been holding space for others since 2009. Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of guiding countless individuals in befriending their bodies and unlocking their innate capacity for healing.
My approach integrates trauma-informed somatics, polyvagal theory, mind-body practices, and embodied women's wisdom to empower individuals on their healing journeys.
