If you’ve been holding everything together — for your family, your work, your world — while quietly falling apart inside, I want you to know:
I see you.
Not the mask you wear, but the part of you that’s weary.
That part that whispers, “I can’t keep doing this.”
I was her too.
Calm on the outside.
Capable. Reliable. The one others leaned on.
But underneath? I was fraying — slowly, silently.
There came a point when my body no longer whispered.
It shut down.
My nervous system collapsed under the weight of everything I’d been carrying.
Suddenly, even light felt too much.
Noise hurt.
Being around people drained me.
My body laid me down and would not let me get back up.
I spent nearly a year horizontal.
Not simply resting — unraveling.
Gently meeting all I had pushed away:
The grief, the overgiving, the deep disconnection from myself.
That season of stillness — painful, slow, and ultimately sacred — became the foundation of the work I now offer.
Because healing doesn’t come through pushing.
It comes through presence.
Through remembering that your body is not the enemy — it’s the messenger.
This space isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about guiding you home — to your rhythm, your body’s wisdom, and your true self underneath it all.
If you’re here, reading this…
If you feel quietly exhausted or afraid to stop in case everything falls apart…
Let this be your permission to exhale.
You are not broken. You’re simply ready to live differently.
We begin slowly — with breath, with compassion, with safety.
And from there… we rebuild in a way that honours you.
I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
What saved me wasn’t a “fix” or a five-step plan.
It was learning to listen to my body again.
It was being softened rather than pushed.
It was reconnecting to the truth underneath the pain — the truth of who I really was.
I began to study what I’d long sensed but couldn’t explain:
This became the foundation of Nourish Your Wellbeing.
Today, I support intuitive, heart-led women — just like you — who feel depleted, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves.
Together, we work through:
I blend soul-based counselling, trauma-informed somatic therapy, yoga, and energetic insight through Human Design, so your healing is deeply personalised and energetically attuned and aligned.
My work is trauma-sensitive, spiritually rooted, and emotionally real. There are no performance expectations here. Only truth. Only softness. Only space for all of you
My work is grounded in decades of study, supervision, and reflective practice. I’m a Registered Counsellor with a postgrad in Family Therapy, and have trained across somatic, spiritual, and trauma-informed modalities — from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and DBT, to Existential Grief Counselling, Religious Trauma and Cult Recovery Certification, and Family Constellations.
As a somatic therapist, I’m deeply attuned to the body’s story — with specialised training in nervous system regulation, vagus nerve healing, trauma recovery, and breathwork therapy.
Yoga has been both a personal and professional healing path for me. I’m trained across multiple therapeutic yoga traditions including Mental Health Aware Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pelvic & Hormonal Yoga, and more — supporting women through every life stage with breath, movement, and presence.
I’m also a Certified Human Design Coach supporting women to gently rewire old patterns, honour their energetic blueprint, and return to the truth of who they are.
My approach blends structure and soul, drawing on what’s clinically sound, energetically aligned, and trauma-informed — always at the pace of your nervous system.
I’m drawn to beauty that heals — warm tea, slow rituals, and spaces that feel like home in the body. My work weaves structure and soul: a blend of presence, clarity, and deep reverence for what unfolds gently.
Beyond the titles — counsellor, yoga therapist, nervous system educator — I’m someone who has known quiet collapse. Chronic fatigue. Burnout no one else seemed to see. This work isn’t just what I offer — it’s what I’ve lived.
My energy listens deeply. I guide with quiet intuition, emotional insight, and grounded steadiness — helping women soften overwhelm into clarity, and reclaim their vitality without force.
Outside the therapy space, you’ll often find me lost in abstract painting classes, walking eucalyptus trails, or remembering rhythm through Brazilian Zouk dance. These moments of beauty and flow shape how I live and hold space.
I don’t offer fixes. I offer attuned presence, embodied guidance, and a sanctuary to come home — softly, steadily, and in your own time.

Burnout wasn’t simply about doing too much — it was about being out of rhythm with who I truly was. In a world that rewards overgiving and dismisses rest, my body finally whispered what I could no longer ignore: something has to change.
That unraveling became a portal — not to fixing, but to remembering.
It asked me to slow down, to question the pace and pressure I’d normalised, and to return to the truth of who I am.
Not through force — but through gentleness, spaciousness, and deep self-honesty.
This is the heart of the work I now hold for you.
Because maybe you’ve felt it too — the quiet exhaustion, the sense that you’re holding everything together while something within you is quietly fading.
You don’t need to wait for it to break. You don’t need to do it alone.
Healing is not selfish. It’s sacred.
And it begins with creating just enough safety — enough to rest, to feel, and to begin again.
You don’t have to push your way back. You get to soften into who you’ve always been.
If something here resonates… if a part of you is exhaling as you read this — that’s your wisdom speaking.
Let’s begin with one gentle conversation. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
With warmth and care,
Kate x
