Women's restoration yoga classes are essentially about providing a nourishing space for women to replenish and restore their vitality. These classes are also about supporting participants who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, burnout and / or feelings of overwhelm and trauma. You don't need any previous experience to join and the classes are open to all physical abilities and anyone who identifies as being female. In my yoga classes I offer mindful movements, polyvagal exercises for soothing our vagus nerve and nervous system, soothing relaxations and breathing practices that support participants to move and be present in their bodies. I offer an environment that is safe, nourishing and supportive for everyone, including those experiencing mental health challenges.

This six-week program is designed to help you discover your own authentic healing path, one that honors your nervous system and nurtures your overall well-being with gentle and safe somatic and polyvagal techniques, restorative yoga, meditations, and relaxations.
