Your Life Coach – Kate

 I’m Kate, a Certified Life Coach trained in Neuro Therapy methodology with Luke Hawkins. My journey into coaching was born from my own transformational experiences—times in my life when I felt stuck, misaligned, or torn between conflicting values.


Coaching gave me the tools to move past roadblocks and step into my full potential. It’s why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same. I’ve always engaged in coaching because I love to grow, learn, and integrate teachings that help me expand. Whether it’s working on growing an aspect of my business, building my private practice, or confronting the layers of imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs, coaching has provided me with the freedom to live an authentic, compassionate life. These experiences have shown me the power of having a mentor and the profound impact of working through the blocks that once held me back.


I continue to deepen my knowledge in these powerful coaching models because I’ve seen firsthand the impact they have—not only in my own life but in the lives of those I coach.
