Hello and welcome to 'Nourish Your Wellbeing'! I'm Kate Moody, and I'm based in South Australia. The reason I started 'Nourish Your Wellbeing' is because I've been through burnout, chronic fatigue, and health challenges on and off over four decades. My journey to healing is something many women can relate to when I share my lived experience. My intention is to create a safer and nurturing space where women can share their stories and begin their healing journey. I specialise in working with women who are feeling burnt out, depleted and exhausted, to restore their energy and well-being.

The one thing I want you to know is that taking time out for you is essential to begin feeling revitalised and empowered. Prioritising yourself isn't selfish. In fact, it’s necessary so you can be all that you can be in life?!

What if you allowed yourself to bring your awareness to what it would be like to go slow and allow restorative pauses, so that you can start to tune into how you’re feeling and what you need right now?
When we are at the end of our tether, and are in that space of feeling so exhausted, overwhelmed and helpless, and arrive at that place of knowing that life has to be done differently. Then an inner knowing arises that change needs to happen. I’ve been there!
You've been there, right? Living life, surrounded by people but feeling alone. You've had to be strong for so long, and now, the idea of letting someone in feels overwhelming. You've become fiercely independent and strong, and that's why I love to hold safe and compassionate spaces where women have a soft space to land and can just be. Places where they're supported, heard, and seen.
I'm here to guide you, to help you bounce back from tough times, find your groove, find your foundation of well-being, and recharge your batteries. Together, we'll map out the path to where you want to be in life. I am here to tell you it gets to be easier!
