WELCOME

Hey there, and welcome to Nourish Your Wellbeing! I’m Kate, coming to you from South Australia. I created this space because I’ve walked the tough road of burnout, chronic fatigue, and health struggles for over four decades—so I get it.


There are certain seasons in life that just wear us down. We find ourselves drained, depleted, and teetering on the edge—or even deep in the depths of burnout. I’ve been there, and I’m here to tell you: it doesn’t have to stay that way. When we start to put ourselves first, it really does get to feel easier.


My journey to healing is something many women can relate to, and I’m here to share that lived experience with you. My mission is to provide a warm, safe, and nurturing space where you can share your story and start your healing journey. I specialise in supporting women who are feeling burnt out, exhausted, and at the end of their rope, helping them reclaim their energy and well-being.

If any of this resonates with you, know that you don’t have to face these challenges alone. I am here to offer the space, support, and tools to help you reconnect with your strength, find clarity, and begin to heal—so you can move forward with confidence and purpose.

The one thing I want you to know is that taking time out for you is essential to begin feeling revitalised and empowered. Prioritising yourself isn't selfish. In fact, it’s necessary so you can be all that you can be in life?! 

So I invite you to ponder the following ...

 What if you allowed yourself to bring your awareness to what it would be like to go slow and allow restorative pauses, so that you can start to tune into how you’re feeling and what you need right now? 


When we are at the end of our tether, and are in that space of feeling so exhausted, overwhelmed and helpless, and arrive at that place of knowing that life has to be done differently. Then an inner knowing arises that change needs to happen. I’ve been there!

You've been there, right? Living life, surrounded by people but feeling alone. You've had to be strong for so long, and now, the idea of letting someone in feels overwhelming. You've become fiercely independent and strong, and that's why I love to hold safe and compassionate spaces where women have a soft space to land and can just be. Places where they're supported, heard, and seen.


I'm here to guide you, to help you bounce back from tough times, find your groove, find your foundation of well-being, and recharge your batteries. Together, we'll map out the path to where you want to be in life. I am here to tell you it gets to be easier!

If you are in need of support, human connection, in distress, have a story to share or just need someone to listen the Just Listening Community and LETSS (Mental Health Telephone Service) are available to you.  Free and safe space to be heard.  


  • Just Listening Community ~29 Shepherd Road, Christies Beach. SA. By appointment only. You can walk in, remain anonymous and connect with another over a cuppa. To book:   www.justlistening.com.au/services   Thurs - Sat from 2.30pm - 7.30pm.
