But here’s the quiet truth I’ve come to hold: healing begins when we start to place ourselves gently at the centre of care. When we allow ourselves the kindness and space we need, life slowly begins to soften.
This space is born from my own journey and the deep desire to hold a safe, nurturing container for women who feel depleted, burnt out, and ready for change.
