6-Week Women’s Restoration Yoga

Offered In-Person & Online
 

A trauma-informed, nervous system-aware yoga series for women seeking rest, reconnection, and renewal.


This 6-week program is designed to provide a deeply nourishing space for women to gently reconnect with their bodies, replenish their energy, and restore their vitality. These classes are especially supportive for those navigating stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, burnout, grief, or the lingering effects of trauma and overwhelm.


You don’t need any prior yoga experience to join. These sessions are inclusive and welcoming to all physical abilities. The emphasis is not on performance, but on presence—moving at your own pace, listening inward, and restoring from the inside out.

Traditional talk therapy has its place, but when your nervous system is stuck in survival mode—fight, flight, freeze, or fawn—words alone often aren't enough. Deep, lasting healing begins in the body. That’s why this program blends somatic practices, polyvagal theory, and the wisdom of your unique Human Design to support your recovery from burnout at its roots.



What Makes This Program Different

Burnout Recovery by Design is a six-week integrative program grounded in nervous system awareness, trauma-informed somatic yoga, and your individual Human Design energetics. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Your energy blueprint, survival patterns, and healing rhythm are uniquely yours—and your recovery plan should be too.


As a somatic therapist, polyvagal-informed counsellor and yoga teacher, human design coach, and someone who has walked the path of chronic fatigue and deep burnout, I know how hopeless and disorienting this experience can feel. But I also know—healing is absolutely possible. And I’m here to walk with you, step by step.


In this program, you’ll learn how to:

  • Understand your own nervous system states and how they influence burnout.
     
  • Tune into your body’s signals with compassion instead of pushing through or overriding them.
     
  • Use gentle somatic practices, restorative yoga, meditations, and guided relaxations to begin resetting your system.
     
  • Create your own Burnout Recovery Map, rooted in your Human Design profile—so you can align your life with your natural energy flow, not against it.
     
  • Reclaim your sense of self, safety, and softness—at your own pace, in your own way.

  •  Your Human Design Report; A beautifully detailed 68-page guide offering in-depth insights into your unique energetic blueprint, including your type, strategy, authority, centers, gates, channels, and more. 
  • Tools to gently regulate your nervous system, increase resilience, and anchor safety in the body.

A 6-Week Embodied Awareness to Reconnect with Your Body, Fascia & Nervous System



Is this for you?

  • Do you feel trapped in your thoughts, constantly ruminating, analysing, and looping in old stories—yet still feel disconnected from your body?
     
  • Has a therapist or inner knowing guided you to realise the missing link in your healing is the body—but you're unsure how to access that connection safely and gently?

Your Embodied Strategy Includes:

  • Weekly 75-min Live or Recorded Sessions exploring the neurofascial system—the relationship between fascia and your nervous system—and how trauma is held in the body
     
  • Somatic yoga and polyvagal-based practices to release protective survival patterns like fight, flight, freeze, or withdrawal
     
  • Mapping your nervous system: understand your unique trauma imprints, body-based triggers, and regulation pathways
     
  • Fascia & Vagus Nerve Awareness: learn how chronic tension, emotional overwhelm, or trauma may be shaping your body, breath, and movement
     
  • A Personalised Human Design BodyGraph Map to help you align your healing with your innate energetics and unique design
     
  • Movement, breathwork, & nervous system-informed embodiment practices to support deeper connection, emotional release, and sustainable healing
     
  • A nurturing space where your story, sensations, and survival strategies are honoured—nothing is "too much," "too sensitive," or "too stuck"
     


Why This Work Matters


As trauma researcher Bessel van der Kolk writes, “The body keeps the score.” When we experience physical injury or emotional trauma, the body often enters protective states—tensing, bracing, or freezing movement to ensure survival. While helpful at the time, these adaptations can linger, shaping how we move, breathe, and feel, long after the danger has passed.


Tightly held fascia can:

  • Limit mobility and flexibility
     
  • Create tension patterns in distant parts of the body (e.g. grief in the chest, fear in the hips, rage in the jaw)
     
  • Store "body memories" of trauma that talk therapy can’t always reach
     

This program gently unwinds these patterns and helps you come home to your body, slowly and safely.
